The 'Aeromat' stability block is everything I expected. Very well built and very sturdy foam material. Looks like it will hold up for quite a while. I have tried other brands found in your local gym, with this one being the best I could find and a decent price too. Would recommend to anyone.

But it's durable and a lot firmer than your average pillow, so it works great. I haven't used it for Yoga and I don't understand the "thick mat" for yoga, but it's great for what I use it for. Nothing else worked right.
