"Exercise Fiend"
I have found the Deluxe Balance Pad to be very helpful. I have MS and am using it to strengthen some muscles in my knee and ankle as well as help to improve my balance. I am already seeing an improvement and so has my trainer at the health club.

I was not impressed by the quality of this product. After just two months, it is starting to break down. I have used other products that lasted much longer. Next time I will spend the extra money to get a better quality product.
