The shape of the pillow is helpful. However, I cannot get used to the hardness. It feels like I'm sleeping on egg cartons. Probably cheap foam construction. It doesn't get better after you use it, contrary to what some reviews say.

"Bluestocking"
This molded pillow serves it's purpose well; creating a space for mask and tubing to allow sleeping on one's side, but the 'sling' to secure tubing is laughable. The 'sling' consists of a narrow strip of pillow case fabric with a strip of velcro at the end. However, there is nothing to attach it to in order to fasten it around the CPAP tubing, and hold it in place (a missing piece of the tooth side?). It comes with a zip-off pillow case, which I found necessary to cover with a percale case that is large enough to allow the contoured spaces to be accessed. The cost of the pillow is a bit exhhorbitant as well, in my opinion.
