I ride Motocross, and have been away from the track for a while. I was suffering from really bad arm pump so thats why I decided to get the Dynaflex Grip. 2 weeks... thats all it took to get all those 20 min motos finished without having my arms about to explode...

i original bought the hand exerciser which was a great product, but this product did not give me any results

Very hard to start. Took some time, but now it's fine. Must use the string to start up.
I'm tired after 5 minutes and have to switch hands.
Great exercise for your hands.
I ride off road motorcycles.
It's a great workout.
You should go get one.

I'm an avid golfer and occasionally I would have forearm pain. This product actually helped improve my forearm strength with a good amount of resistance it puts out. I was so pleased I purchased their powerball as well so when I'm at the office I can work my wrist mobility while I work. Ever since I bought the Tour Grip and the powerball I haven't had any pain or mobility issues, my only regret is not buying it sooner!
