I'm an avid golfer and occasionally I would have forearm pain. This product actually helped improve my forearm strength with a good amount of resistance it puts out. I was so pleased I purchased their powerball as well so when I'm at the office I can work my wrist mobility while I work. Ever since I bought the Tour Grip and the powerball I haven't had any pain or mobility issues, my only regret is not buying it sooner!

I bought this equipment before reading the reviews, and I agree that initially it is not easy to make it work, you need some time to adapt to it and be able to make it work. I saw the instructional video on their site, and with some practice I have to admit, it is really very good and will make your entire arm stressed. There are multiple of exercises that can be done to address different muscles.
I just have 2 problems with it:
(1) If you are in public and start using it, its sound seems as if there is a plane gona take off, and everyone around will start looking at you.
(2) Suddenly it stopped working properly and I realized that there is extra friction between the ball and the cover, my little kid confessed later on that she dropped it by mistake, so, you have to handle it with care.

Seems like a lot of the reviewers are disappointed in not being able to use the product, but it is a good product in my opinion. Just know before you buy that if you are small framed, elderly or have low hand and lower arm dexterity, you may have considerable trouble trying to get it started.
It takes practice to get it to the high RPMs needed to use, but if you are athletic and co-ordinated, you should be fine after 3 to 6 attempts. I am a semi-active 36 year old male in reasonably good shape, and it took me 4 tries to get it spinning the first time I used it. After that probably 20-25 times to really get the hang of it.
All these products are difficult at first, but I think they are also well-made and should last. Don't be afraid to buy this, and don't give up. The end result is good, I have gotten a lot stronger and really enjoy using it.

I was skeptical if this was going to be any different than the regular one without the handle that I have. I found it does use different muscles and is more beneficial to the hobbies I do. I use it to strengthen my forearms for mountain biking and dirt bikes and it works great.
