I bought this thing in hopes of knowing when my meat was done and so on. Since the minute I put the batteries in, it beeped non stop and nothing I could do would stop it from beeping. There is no hot line or number for customers service to call. What a rip off to comsumers.

This is an excellent product, and takes the guess work out of grilling. Much better to use than the little instant read meat thermometer I previously used, or guesswork, which I used even more. It is easy to see what's going on.

Since we've purchased this BBQ tool, we have been able to enjoy perfectly prepared chicken, burgers, steaks, etc. It is so simple to use and cleans up quickly.

This product does not work. With a lot of work we got it to work once...but the next time we tried, it didn't work at all. Can't get anything to register on the thermometer. I'm back to using my ten year old thermometer that is being held together with scotch tape...but it works.

Havent used it much but am disappointed that it uses special batteries. That could cost a bunch depending on how fast it eats them.
