Oversize Orders
Some large, bulky, heavy, items are charged an oversize fee by the shipping carrier.
Signature Required
A signature may be required to receive your package. Occasionally the carrier will leave the package with out a signature but in most cases someone will need to receive it.
Additional Shipping Charges
On rare occasions the shipping price will not be quoted correctly during checkout. When this happens you may be contacted by a customer service agent to get your approval of the extra charges. You will never be charged with out your knowledge and you will always have the option to cancel your order at any time.
